Hey all,Just tried these (not even cool on the rack before my boyfriend dug into the first batch) They were wonderful for my first endeavor into thumbprints!I made a few modifications for the second batch. If anyone is interested:2 ½ cups of cheese (I had a mix of cheddar and chipotle cheddar)¼ teaspoon of salt1 ¼ teaspoon of sage. I know we liked the second batch better, but then again - everyone in the house eats the same things so we've all assimilated our palettes. I hope someone else tries them to hear how they turned out for them!Thank you for posting this recipe, we have a new snack staple in our house.Cheers!
