For Goodness Sake was my catering company for four years, and although I have retired from catering I still love to cook and bake. My goal in cooking and baking is to provide unique presentations of comfort food with a fresh twist. I love to incorporate local and organic products into my baking as well as seasonal produce. That being said, I am not above using shortening, corn syrup, and the occasional boxed cake mix. For the folks who eat my cooking, it's all about the taste, baby.
About For Goodness Sake
I'm a farm-raised Okie married to my childhood sweetheart for 44 years, Mom to the two best kids on the planet, and grandma to the three most beautiful and smart children ever. We detoured to Texas for 25 years, moved back to Oklahoma for 6 years, but are back in Texas and living in a town north of Houston.
