The hospital where I work is sending medical volunteers and medicines and collecting items to send. Good to see the outpouring of care in response to this tragic event.

The United Methodist Church also has volunteers in place, and 100% of money donated to UMCOR goes directly to relief.
There are several organizations through which one may donate; I listed my favorites.
